Even strictly judging by your pistils, you're nowhere close to harvest ready. You're gonna want all those white hairs to turn red/brown and shrivel up. What you should really do is find a magnifying glass and learn to judge ripening from the trichomes. When you harvest too early the trichomes are still underdeveloped and the end product won't be as potent. The buzz may feel a bit more "racey" and things like paranoia are reported more often. If harvested REALLY early you may not even get high off it at all.
