Looks like you have overwatered. Typical hanging leaves, that indicates overwatering. Discoloration is most likely due to nutrient deficiency. You may have used too much or too little, since your grow log has no information about the nutrients, it’s impossible for me to tell. Happy growing, bro👍😊

Your plants are drowning and suffocating in over saturated soil. Cannabis like to breathe in the root zone. Yours are drowning. Cannabis like light fluffy soil on the dryer side. Allow the soil to dry out and don't over water next time. Less is more. Loving your plants to death is a common problem among newbie growers. Your plants if they've been in this state for a bit may have had root rot set into the root zone. That's going to progress and kill your plants if you don't intervene quickly with a cellulase enzyme like Hygrozyme (my fav) or sensizyme, or hyshield. There's a few different ones out there. Phytophthora is a fungus that's present in the soil but won't over grow as long as conditions aren't optimal for it to do so. If you have root rot you will need to use the enzyme for the rest of your grow with every feeding.

You should water atleast 2L every 3-4days not more often and not less water by the size of your plants. If underwatering isnt they case, it could be temperature or lightning
