Really appreciate the community help with this question. As this is my first time to grow. Can I place the germinated auto seed from paper towel to final pot. The Final pot is a mix of biobizz (all mix and mix light) in the middle there is a coco coir mixed with biobizz soil.

Take the coco out, these different textures keep water differently, it will hurt your plant. Always transplant them in the biggest pots. You dont have stopped rootgrowth because of space or shocks because transplating.

Yes you can, but NEVER have soil in layers........mix the substrate properly and all together.

i would not use napkins ( straight to soil ), would not use light mix and all mix together, just all mix ( had bad grows with light mix, always great with allmix tho )and off course woulkd not use coc/soil mix ( saw like 90% of diaries with such mix having 100000000000 of problems ).
final pot i would use.
