Is this powder on the leaves white powdery mildew? (4th week of flower)

Would you say this is white powdery mildew? The powder easily shakes off the leaves. I've removed all leaves with the powder on it and want to spray the plant with milk solution but im not 100% sure if it is WPM.
If it is: what are your best experiences to combat WPM? Thanks!!

looks like it is. no milk or other remedy will help. mold with time will only progress. rethink your conditions, wipe everything out heavily ( alcohol, peroxide, soap even , take your time ) and restart. even that rope could bring infection , not only high humidity or high temps created good fauna for wpm....
