Hi. I am growing a seedling RQS Seedling week 2 1 true set of leaves. In small pot. Can I transplant to final pot now or wait till a second set of leaves grow? I also need to ask if I should transplanted with the soil from the small pot (coco coir) or only the plant without soil

I have little experience with Photoperiods, so I'll give my input but take it with a grain of salt. Plant should not be up-potted until she's in a stable, healthy condition with well established roots. If you were to up-pot now, I think your rootball will be quite small and the soil will crumble away, causing stress to the sensitive roots. Either wait until the foliage overlaps the circumference/perimeter of the pot (at least 3 nodes I expect from your pot size), or until you find evidence of roots at base of pot without going too far and being fully rootbound. If you're growing Photoperiod, you have a grace period for recovery as transplanting will likely stress the plant. Personally, I would advise against up-potting autoflowers as they don't have the luxury of taking time to recover from stress. Hope this helps! Good luck and happy Growing!
