What problem am I having roughly day 42 of flower. Pictures of 3 different plants in same tent all are 8 week finishers. If I were to not correct the problems will it effect harvest? Growing organically.

Nitrogen toxicity with a developing calcium and magnesium deficiencies too.
Both are easy to correct.
If you did nothing, it won't hurt the outcome greatly....they are close to being finished anyhow, so by the time you "fixed" anything,and it started to show positive outcomes, harvest would probably be about to be done.

Be careful with that, check my grow report it started the same way and burned really bad, don't have to be the same? What soil and fertilizer you using? I guess it's nutrient burn.
