Yes, when the plant is standing straight with Cotyledons you can take they dome off. But dont give her too much light then, behind windowglasses or in shadowed sunlight, or a weak grow light. Dont water first 5days, just spray you dome insides for saturation that will higher your RH(humidity). Then water her with 250-500ml and wait another atleast 4days till you water again. Slow and heavy is key to give enough earth water and make the roots spread also make them force to spread if you water more less and better for pests, infections and CO2.
