Light intensity, first week flowering period

I need your's advice, at the moment I'm running my lights at 400 W and about 600 PPFD ,since my plants are at the beginning of flowering period, should I increase to 1000 PPFD or waiting and slowly increasing, and should I stay at 400 W or increase to 600 W .Thanks for the advise

Start with 600umol/s/m2
and weekly ad 100umol/s/m2, till you are at 900-1000(depends on your feeding).
