Just watched your report, take off the headbud and focus on the rest. It's in the greenhouse, right? Humidity is always hard to manage there without an inline fan and at least 1 complete air exchange per minute.

Cut generously, check everything. Pull on the 1 or 3-finger leaves; if they come off easily and are wilted, the bud inside is already infested. You can tell something's off when pulling them out; they feel slimy. If possible, harvest and clean everything with purolyt or hydrogen peroxide before the next grow. Next time, keep humidity below 45%. Good luck anyway ;-)
