I had exactly the same problem for about 2 weeks. I did tons of absolutely useless stuff that other growers advised in the Internet. The only real working advice was given by @Roberts - he is a Guru and has many diaries on this site He told me that I am under feeding and advised to gradually increase feeding EC as high as plant could withstand until run off pH will get lower And after that to decrease feeding EC until I reach the point when my run off pH is perfect. It took only 4 days to lower pH, and some more days to get the exact pH number I needed

I think it depends on the quality of the coco and the manufacturer. In my recent coco grow, I encountered some issues with low pH. Initially, the runoff pH was around 4! However, after a few subsequent feedings, the pH rose to 5.4 currently. I'm not too concerned because my plants look healthy despite the bad weather. Avoid changing the pH too frequently, as this could stress your plants! Simply water them with pH 6 and ensure there's a 20% runoff
