Deep red, purple spots

Plant is in week 8 of flower and a handful of stems before the colas have these deep red spots. I've only noticed them on a couple branches, both of which have had issues staying upright. Thanks for the suggestions.

It is absolutely nothing to be worried about.
It is not rot of any sort, not likely genetic or anything that is going to cause problems.
It is just some "late season" accumulation of pigments, a bit like how leaves change colour on trees during Fall/Autumn.
No need to cut anything off or do anything drastic.

Are you using scrog net? Might be sume bruising from physical damage. If it spreads, might be Botrytis, so I would cut the two leaves.
