I tried to train this one but it's done mad. Not sure what to do with it. Is this normal for this type of plant? It's huge.

Looks all good. Canna can grow into 4-5 meters tall an same width , so its not a biggy, but healthy and nice girl.
Maybe she was needing bigger pot, maybe you overwater her a bit : leaves look droopy, but generally - great result !

It looks healthy AF. Not sure how big the pot or plant are, but I don't see anything abnormal.
I would defoliate the shit out of that plant and remove the small branches on the bottom. A little more airflow and focus on the bigger colas can only help, IMO. :)
