It's the 3rd week of flowering and I think it develops to a hermaphrodit. It's a lemon shining silver haze from RQS. What do you think?

Jup Hermie... I personally wouldnt bother saving them. If you miss just one of those Sacks (and there is a good chance you will) there is a chance that it will mess up grows that follow in this tent ... no matter how hard you clean afterwards. Or risk it and check EVERY node and Budsite like every two days from every angle.

Yes, unfortunately it is :-/ If you discover a true hermaphrodite plant the simplest solution is to remove the plant immediately. You can either destroy it or, if space permits, isolate it in a controlled environment to harvest the seeded flowers. Another option, which carries higher risk but potentially greater reward, involves trimming off pollen sacs as they develop. With careful observation, you can identify and remove them long before they open. Successfully managing this allows you to harvest unfertilized flowers at harvest time.

Definitely looks like a male pollen sac to me. If there’s only a few I would carefully remove them and continue riding it out. But if they bust open or already have busted open it’s very possible that it will self pollinate. Good luck.
