If you have a photoperoid it depends on when the day gets shorter, its needs a daily nightcycle of 12, minimum 10 hours. You have to wait for late summer so the sun hours get less, depends on your season. You can when she close also shock her with 48 hours complete darkness and then put her back, that will fasten the process for photoperoids.
