Any experts at there.
Defoliation, does it matter if the leaf has a green stem or purple, the top of the branch or underside, pointing outwards or inwards, big or small, shorter or longer, too little or too much or just leave them alone.
Any tips.

Yes, you could defoliate your plant, just not too much at once.👍🏻
And to do this work with LST plant a little more to tie apart for better light effect🏻

Does not matter.
Just leave it alone.............
Less leaves = less energy being made = less potential growth.
