Defoliation and Topping

When or how hard should i defoliate my Plant?
Already did it in week 2 of flower. Was it to early or to hard?
And should i top my Plant or just let it grow?
It went back to vegetation because i transfered her outdoor.

If she doesn't show any stress from it, then it was the right move!
I wouldn't top anymore, just do more LST to tie the shoots down!
This will make the plant bushier and keep it smaller..
You could also tie down the top, which would benefit the side shoots 👍🏻🏻
