She's a seedling pal There is no really telling how a plant is doing at this stage Unless u see a mutation, were 1 leaf would be missing or crippled. Coming into week 2-3 you'll know how she is doing. Also. Your gonna have issues with tat substrate. You should of put pebbles, perlite etc into the sub. As said below helps wit drainage, but also helps the roots get o2. As it dries from top down, air is drawn in. As she's still very young. You can easily fix the issue without causing any stress that will affect its outcome.

side note - use some sort of drainage amengment in future. Even coco needs 33% perlite. Higher water capacity mediums like typical soil or sphagnum peat moss need 50%. (perlite, pumice, vermiculite, etc.. lots of options if you don't like perlite) Also, germinating in a large pot is a bad idea. Tiny plant in a big pot is trouble waiting to happen, even if you avoid it more times than not. up-potting is not stressful for a plant. It's a total myth not to "trasnplant" autoflowers. Up-potting is not stressful and only a retard would shock a plant doing it.
