Mealtime Growmies!
Taking a look in the garden, I saw that the two ladies are really drooping their leaves. They were last watered on Saturday with 500ml of pH-reduced water at around 6.3-6.4. So, I would rule out overwatering since they were still looking good yesterday.

This is clear underwatering.
Give the plants at least 1.5 liters, if not more. So that 10% runs off the bottom.
You can't overwater either; you can even pour 10 liters if you enjoy it, the rest will run off. The only thing you can still do wrong is to water too often.
But there's also a simple rule: no more often than every 3 days and definitely not less than every 5 days.
