They still need 2 weeks roughly. When there are 98-99% brown pistils, you will be entering the harvest window.

Plants wont die from starvation, to my eye they still have 10-14 days left. Flushing is very controversial, if plant was not overfed or grown in coco or hydro , that technique should not be used at all. In soil you just stop using organic fertilizer a week or so before chop. No big quantity of water needed. That saves few pennies too.
