This site has been having all kinds of issues lately. Every report I sent to them has been ignored thus far so there isn’t much you are really able to do. I would wait it out and see if the problem resolves after they do some updates. I currently have two issues going on with my account right now and have not heard back from them. I hope this helps.

Even after fail, that week is still there. Refresh page, it will direct you to next week update. Just go to your page and you will see update is there. Think script breaks when he should offer avatar photo for that week, thats why you get error. There is millions of mistakes after last weekend crash or hack.
