How often do you water your plants? Do you wait until the top two centimeters of soil are completely dry? It sounds like you might be overwatering.

Usually limp lifeless leaves and limp stems means underwatered. Could be root bound and needs a bigger pot.

Hi, ich denke dass sie entweder zu viel gegossen haben (Wasser im Untertopf stehen lassen) oder viel zu wenig.
