hows my LST?

so i have only been averaging 2 1/2-3 oz per plant on my first 2 runs i got a 680w growers choice roi and i been giving em the right ammount of nutes so i figured its either my LST or the heat iv had during the flowering stages so does this pic look correct?

3 oz from plant is good result.
Doubt this plant will reach it if flipped now , even if you feed right and heavy.
You need longer veg, better bigger pot ( filled till verge ) to have thos 100g from this, lst helps, i see no issue with it at yours, but plant is weak.
Too rich food or too intense or weak light, only you know real conditions, find good equilibrium.
