The larger spots look like some nutrients might have gotten splashed on the leaves accidentally. The smaller spots I notice on only a single leaf. I see this with young leaves as they mature sometimes and it’s perfectly fine. But you should still check for bugs, just in case. But I don’t think it’s anything to worry about. Early candidate for defoliation 😉👍
