hi guys, I'm a little confused about the harvest. do I have to wait another 2-3 weeks? or can I collect?

Looks great! Personally I'd wait another couple of weeks at least. The trichomes are still quite clear with some cloudiness. I'm yet to identify many ambers. Also - your colas look like they still have some bulking to do.
It might help in future to include more details in question like : Photoperiod or Autoflower - How many weeks since seed touched soil - How many weeks in flower etc.
They look like they'll be frosty buds - but if I were you I'd wait another few weeks at least.
