Help harvest 🤷‍♂️

I think its based on preference and how the trichomes look. If they are clear, they aren't ready. If you want more of a head high, then you want mostly cloudy trichomes with 10% or less amber (this is also when THC is at its highest). If you want more of a body high then you want more amber trichomes. Based on your photos, I would say they could use another week or so. The trichomes are beginning to cloud but not fully there. Also, I see white pistils still reaching up from the buds, this tells me that she still wants to grow.

Looks great! Personally I'd wait another couple of weeks at least. The trichomes are still quite clear with some cloudiness. I'm yet to identify many ambers. Also - your colas look like they still have some bulking to do. It might help in future to include more details in question like : Photoperiod or Autoflower - How many weeks since seed touched soil - How many weeks in flower etc. They look like they'll be frosty buds - but if I were you I'd wait another few weeks at least.
