Recognize this bug?

looks like a fly of some sort, hard to tell its size as their is nothing to reference it next to like a dime or penny or ruler. It looks to big to be a gnat, I have had some weird ass flies come in from some soil i used before, they did not infest they just where flying aorund an died as they where out of their environment. But never seen them before, where long and thing big eyes and metalish and iridescent looking, really neat. If you have some flytraps hang them up for monitoring, can preemptively use BTi or Nematoads in the medium, that stuff is safe and does not harm the plants. I don't think you need to worry about this to much.
