What deficiency does my plant have?

My plant is in the second week of flowering and I just noticed older leaves having some loss of pigmentation as well as necrosis at the tip of the leaves.

My guess would be nutrient burned tips of the leaves. Too much nutrients. Flush them and don‘t overfeed them.

I agree some Mg signs. but also the burnt tips inundate overfeed. so maybe its not balanced. other things can cause interveinal chlorosis, but Mg is one of the main ones. You should take one leaf to daylight. Looks like magnesium and maybe lockout with nitrogen. Very yellow photo, hard to guess.
