What deficiency does my plant have?

My plant is in the second week of flowering and I just noticed older leaves having some loss of pigmentation as well as necrosis at the tip of the leaves.

My guess would be nutrient burned tips of the leaves. Too much nutrients.
Flush them and donāt overfeed them.

You should take one leaf to daylight.
Looks like magnesium and maybe lockout with nitrogen. Very yellow photo, hard to guess.
