Growers, what could be causing the leaves to curl under severely? I water with 0.7 to 1 liter of mineral water every 4-5 days, when I feel the soil is well dried out. Temperature is 23-27°C, humidity is 50-70%.

High temps and a bit too low humidity during and/or overdrying, aka you water a bit too late, when plants needed it few hours or so ago, 70cm box and you have 300W light, that can make damage 4sure. There is no Nitrogen toxicity here, people are colour blind if they say so. I would say your plants are a bit pale even, would raise N part 10-20% if i was you. Still nothing major , but watering should be more frequent and with run off, collect it always, dont let plants stand in it. 20 liters pots needs around 2.5-3.5 liters to saturate it completely. divide total amount into 4-5 even parts, give 5-10 min interval between puting those parts, as mentioned before - collect and throw out run off. I would not worry to much, its looking ok, AsNoriu raises some good points. Trust the users with grows on their profiles and check out their plants vs the blank profiles. Hard to tell if the blank profiles are legit users. Good Luck!

btw this plant shows small magnesium issues, epsom salt or calmag would be wise in this case.

When leaf tips curl down like this in your veg stage it is too much nitrogen. It’s very easy to fix so do not worry. First off cut back your grow fertilizer by roughly half. Feed .75ml / litre instead of 1.5ml. Utilize proper watering technique and water enough to have roughly 10-20% run off out the bottom. When watering, it should take roughly 10-15 min total to adequately and evenly drench the entire medium. I always water 1/3 of my water, let it sit for 5 min then come back and water another 1/3. Then 5 min later I finish everything. This allows all the soil to absorb the water. If watered in all at once, there can be a channel that the water will develops and it will flow through that instead of fully saturating the medium. Also, sorry about the light situation, that is horrible. Hopefully it can improved soon. With that amount of light per day, my guess is the plant will stay alive, but not grow. Since it’s not growing, you’re probably going to have to cut way back in feeding. You will have to play this one out. Hope this helps.

Hello qWazi, you give too much grow nutrient for this phase of the grow. The problem here is too much (N) Nitrogen. You can solve this problem by cutting the grow nutrient in half. So stop giving 1.5 ml/l and from now on you are giving 0.75 ml/l grow. And to flush away the accees grow nutrient inside the soil you want to give a small flush the first time you water next. Give the pot volume in water should do it. Let the access water runoff from the bottom of your pot. And then keep growing like you did before. Happy Growing buddy! 💚

if your on about the tip of the leaves that are curling down it could be many things, i see you mention you do give the soil a dry period so i dont see it being overwatering make sure your not overwatering stop watering as this can cause the leaves tips to curl down, also nitrogen toxicity could be causing this problem and PH imbalances, pests can also cause this issue, check your plant for any further signs ... windburn can also curl leaves make sure your fan is not blowing to hard towards the plant constantly you want a gentle breeze that makes th canopy slightly dance ;) if you could provide me with further info PPFD, EC/PPM, PH LEVELS i can help further
