So im using a kaizen Full Spectrum LED light I've moved the light up to 2ft and increased light intensity. I did this yesterday 6.7.24 is she doing ok?

Whats the wattage, I guessit needs turning down. It depends on the wattage. If its photeperiod it needs to be close to stop stretching but really weak like less than 50w but autos want the light in its final place, really high but the wattage can be increased100w.It needs so little, like 10% light, food,air,water.
