I still see some white pistils showing. Ideally you want most to be amber. I would say another week or 2 and you should be ready for harvest.

You can start flushing and give it 7 - 10 days imo 🎄

Not yet, you still have 1-2 weeks to go. When you have 98-99% brown pistils/hairs, you will be entering the harvest zone.
