i had a plant that just sprouted through the soil i think it got moved or bumped when i came back to check it the sprout had streched like 2'' and the head came off is the plant still good will it still grow leafs? itsl ike just a sprout stem with no head on it.....

No, once the "hed" is gone, the plant is doomed.
It will not magically sprout new leaves from some random place.

Plants sometimes grows upside-down, root goes out , in such case you have to gently dug it out and replant right.
I haven't had situation for top to be ripped during breaking of soil, so guess its root, hard to tell 100% without photos.
