My grow shop sells little sachets of beneficial mites that eat thrips. I like to use them, but chemical options are available and will knock em out quick. Good Luck!

You can't beat cinnamon in my opinion. Its always worked for me.Iv even sprayed my plants to prevent them. Soak the cinnamon for a few hrs,Strane and spray making sure you get. Not many insects like the smell of garlic which is great for companion planting but I read that people just leave it hanging around the plant. Not sure how effective that is though. Read up on companion planting for next year. Its bhardb to prove its effective though.

Shower them off in the first place or take them off with your hand as much as you can. use clean water with 1/5 milk, or tea made out of this plant that stings you if you touch it, seriously forgot the name. but wouldnt recommend that if you have buds or your next problem is mold. Or your very careful with spraying. Take care that they dont drop into your soil, put a protection over it so they dont get on the plant again. You can use SF-nematoads for your soilarea, they eat them there. Seperate them from other plants. You can use other insects for your leafarea, they will not damage your plant, but dont know how fast you can get them and if you get them how long it takes to breed them. I dont know if there are any chemical products against them, but if you want to use them, read the description, they could be not sutable for consumable plants like cannabis, that you want to smoke. It can destroy your buds or change its flavour.

Treat the plants with something insect repellent. I used Fitoverm. Google it, bro, thrips repellent.
