Hello, I have a Viparspectra P1000, but I don't have a lux meter or any device to measure light intensity. I use the P1000 as a seedling light and I'm not sure at what height and percentage I should set it. I appreciate every Advice

you have smart phone ? find most rated lux meter app and you will know. on top level canopy i would recomend not higher than 25-30 k lumens for established plant, 15-20 K for 3-5 nods plants, 10-15 k for seedling. thats for veg time, for flower 50-70k is max you need at top level of canopy or top cola.
