Not on every stem just phew and also some have a White and some a Brown hair too

Nope, the pistills only appear on female sex-organs. It cant be a pollensac if it has pistills on it. it Also grows directly on the stem. What you ripped apart there looks like the inside of a calyx, pistills and bracts.
Also Male organs have a tiny stem, they just like a typical flower in mini.
