Is your soil all the same?If they're all the same and getting treated the same then 1 of the few possiblities could be due to the soil..Iv got 1 of those cheap soil probes,not the best way to measure but at several euro it gives you some idea.

Either the pH value is not optimal or there is a nitrogen deficiency. It is best to test the pH value. It should be between 6 and 7.
