In my opinion the trychoms are ready. All of them cloudy some amber, so I think they are at maximum potency right now.
Running distilled water for 3 - 4 days and chop her then.
What do you think, ready or not?

You look good to harvest now. You could leave it till more amber if you like more of a sedative effect.
