When to repot this photo?

I want to repot this photoperiod from its 8L pot to a 20L pot (2G-5G). Used all pots in middle sizes.
It’s my first photo, so not certain when it will flip to flowering here in zone 8b.
When is the optimal time to repot? Ideal time in the new bigger pot before flowering?

I would do it now. She's big enough(leaves hang over bucket).
The more roots till she flips, the better.

Yes, transplant now........your plant will love its' new home.
Best to transplant before flowering starts.
20l is a good size.
