In this image, the trichomes are mostly clear. Harvest when trichomes are mostly milky with some turning amber for the best potency and flavor.

Photos are not great quality - but trichomes look mostly transparent with some getting cloudy.
It's a personal preferrence thing - but most people go for 90% milky 10% amber or something simillar.
If you want that you need at least 2 more weeks. Maybe even 3.
