Could this be Mildew? there are white spots that look lie dust on the leaves, but only the ones on top, I did not found spots on the lower leaves. I wasn't home the past 4 days and someone else watered my plants, could it maybe be dried of nutrient water?

I’m gonna say the latter part happened. Who ever watered it probably didn’t pay much attention and left some water on some leaves. Powedery mildew doesn’t typically grow in a formation like this.

What you could do is try to wipe off with finger. If it comes off easy it could be PM, but it could be nutrient solution tho a burn from magnified light may be present. It could also be pollen, this too could be wiped off tho pollen is usually yellowish and not normally have settled in a top leaf. If it doesn't rub off then check no pests.
I'm not certain exactly what but PM should look identifiable under magnification. In fact a lot can be identified easier with a loupe. Great for trichome inspection too
