Hi there, my autoflower is in her last weeks flowering and i spotted powder mildew on a few leaves. Ive removed all the leaves where i saw it, will i still be able to smoke from this plant later?

Look up bud washing.
Its a option. but if the buds themselves are coated in WPM. don't smoke em.
If its only on the leaves remove em, and wash the buds as spores will be present everywhere and can't fully get rid of it, but can lower its numbers a bit.
WPM is a devil, it germinates in high RH and release spores in low RH. So even if you try and manage the RH its in some sort of sweet zone for it.
Bleach all items in the tent and wipe the tent itself down with bleach as well. Don't reuse the medium.
