Could this be mold?

Hey, no this kind of mold evolves inside of buds, with bad circulation and light.
Doesnt look like spider webs, the structure is way to random to be any kind of web. Looks like hairs of an animal tbh, maybe some mutation? i wouldnt worry about it. If you have a microscope you could check it there.
Overall i wouldnt worry for now

The white fuzz on the bud might be mold. Check it closely; if it's mold, remove the affected buds and improve air circulation and humidity control.

No, not mold.
Inspect the plant, if this is the only web you find then just carry on. But if there are more it is most likely spider mites.

Definitely not mould.
Could be spider web, cat hair or "fluff", but definitely not mould.
No need to worry about it, just remove it.
