One rule i learned from 100000000 fights lost to bud rot. You see first spot - take loses and chop now. Better to have something to chop than throw out later . If you saw one spot, means you have 4-6 at least not visible to naked eye. In few days you will find more and will go one, you cant stop it.

To how you should act now i agree with AsNoriu. Even tho this mold is not that aggressive, if you have it at one place your plant is abviously in good conditions to get it again, especially when theres such mold just on the plant. Chop it and take what you got. Next time you could use a fan, thats seriously run 24/7. Like you can see on the locations. This type grows in buds, where circulation is bad, light cant reach and humitidy is high. Good luck and sorry for you
