LST: 1. Worth it for outdoor grow? 2. Differences in Stress in different growth stages? 3. Flowering in August LST still helpful too create a bushier Plant or will it rather stunt growth because of stress.

Yes, LST always. No it won't stunt your plants. You can LST at any stage, up until about the second week of actual flowering.
