How long should I veg these two baby clones for? (Kosher tangie) PS: My space is only 60 x 60. Which is something about 0.36m². One pot is 4L and the other one is at a 1L pot. My energy power in total is 300W and 15cm from the lights is reaching 1700 PPFD.

Veg your baby clones for 4-6 weeks. This allows enough growth without overcrowding your 60 x 60 space.

You do show signs of flowering. Was the plant under more than 12 hours of uninterrupted light? I recommend 18 hours for veg.
If you continue with lights on over 12 hours the plant will re-veg.
Or you can cut the light to 12 hours and continue to flower.
Clones are sensitive and can flower quickly when the light schedule is interrupted.
