curling like this ? Could it be a deficiency or lighting issue ? I had a few deficiency issues that I corrected with ph it I’ve never seen this happen before …… any help would be much appreciated

Looks like cal - mag deficiency easy fix. Go get some at your local plant nursery and apply as directed.
If it were a nitrogen deficiency the yellowing would probably begin at the bottom of the plant. Looks like you are in mid flowering so tend to this pronto.
Make sure you’re keeping the ph correct so they can absorb nutrients correctly.
