What do these leaves on the plant mean?

1. First picture is insects. Thrips likely. Get blue and yellow sticky cards. 2. Second pic is nutrient burn 3. Third and fourth pics are nutrient deficiency- likely caused by nutrient lock out (over fertilizing) Get ppm and Ph meters. Set ppm and ph targets. Calibrate and recalibrate your meters Continually test and retest until you get your system and feeding process down exactly. It takes time patience and practice, and a lot of dilution and remixing.
