How do you mix your Roots Terp Teas?

How do you mix yours? What type of water? Do you ph before adding nutes or after is brewed or both? I've been using a mix of RO and tap water at about 150 ppm, add 1 Tbs per gallon, brew 24hrs or so, then ph before watering. I use with Advance Nutes PH perfect bottled nutes.
