Time to chop? Fresh pistils and amber trichomes

I gave my best with the cheap microscope I have and it looks like there are amber trichomes. I am bit confused though because there are also fresh pistils. So... can I chop now? Should I water one last time or is there anything else to consider?

Never take the trychoms of leaves and sugar leaves as reference, only the ones on the buds. Also your plant will get more calyx the next two weeks so don't chop too early.

No, they not amber they are simply damaged and started to oxidate.
