As above so below. Rootzone is about same size as above Give or take. I also see you are using plastic pots
Few things I notice right off the bat that could lead to problem you see manifest.
You are using plastic pots, limiting oxygen to rootzones,
Soon as you water, gravity pulls the water to bottom of pot out of reach of roots.
You pop your finger In soil it seems dry on the top 2 inches so you water again.
Meanwhile the water that sits at the bottom is trapped no way of evaporating. If it's not being g uptaken by roots it cannot escape.
Biggest thing bacteria needs to grow is moisture and time. Growth explodes x10 above 77.
Also try not keep a lip of 5-6 inch at top of the pot , without dedicated fans that 5-6 inch will be of much higher rh than the top of the lip too.
Co2 Consists of 0.04% of air its dense too , zero co2 will make it naturally inside those lips naturally.making it a detriment to growth.
Drill holes all around those pots;)
