Yes, it is a male, 100% no doubt.
Not much you can do apart from getting rid of it, heartbreaking as it may seem.
This happens from time to time and can be a real disappointment after weeks and weeks of careful, loving cultivation.
I would throw them away NOW and start AGAIN. You'll be happier that way.

Have you bought feminized seeds and if so, where?
But I'll also say that even feminized seeds are no guarantee. I've had some that simply formed seeds and some that didn't in the same tent.
This year is a strange year to grow!

Chop it and burn it. Unless you want to start playing with breeding seeds.
But don’t let them pollen sacks burst because it will ruin the rest of the crop.
