It looks like you have a light issue. They will stretch and not have as many bud sites without enough light. I would suggest getting a better light and if you can, some kind of l8ght meter that measures PPFD and DLI. You can Google PPFD and DLI to understand how to use the meter. Good luck.

So your light is gonna be one of your biggest factors in dictating your yield. If there's one area not to skimp, it's the light. Get the biggest(true watt draw) that will fit in your grow space that you can afford. Even with a powerful light though, be prepared to train your plants to grow more horizontally to keep most of your budsites in your optimal light regions. If growing in soil or coco, don't use plastic or terracotta pots, get fabric pots. Plants grown in fabric pots don't get root bound, the roots air prune when they grow through. You don't really want to transplant out of them, it's possible but more difficult than other types of pots. Personally I think hydro gets better results with autos. Arm yourself with knowledge. Find a trusted site that you can resource so you don't have to rely on sketchy advice from comment/question sections on websites. I recommend growweedeasy.com

I can only tell good things from strawberry. Friend had really beauty nugs under 150w. I can tell you that under the sink if not a extra strong lamp you wont get any big bushes sadly. I would prefer the bubba if you dont want to go again with strawberry. But i can tell you we had both 1m plants with 25-35gr dry. Tasty earthy berry weed. I would recommend to get a nice lamp and a good tent or minimum something reflective. Be creative. You can build a box for maybe not even 25€ 1x1.
